RETURN CONDITIONS
- We do not accept returns on items damaged or opened after purchase.
- All items should be unused and returned in the same condition in which it was purchased.
- All items purchased at the store must be returned to the store with a receipt.
- All items purchased from our online store can be returned at the store with the order number or by following the procedure below.
- Your product refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
- Failure to follow these conditions will result in a reduced refund.
ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN PROCEDURE
- Email us at walkoncards@gmail.com with RETURNS in the subject line.
- List the order number and the address to which the item was shipped.
- We will email you a FREE return shipping label to send the items back to us.
- The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- All items should be packed well to avoid damage and returned in the original packaging.
- Include a copy of your order inside the shipping box. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the shipping box.
- Give the return shipment to the carrier indicated on the shipping label. All returns must be within 30 days of delivery. The return label should be scanned with the carrier within 30 days of delivery.
- Please allow 5 business days, after your return is received, for your refund to be processed.
